  • We undertake to deliver orders within the agreed term, at the latest within 30 days after confirmation of the order. Should there be any unexpected delay, we will inform you immediately.
  • In the event of delivery delays or if an order cannot be executed or can only be executed in part, you have the right to terminate the agreement without costs. In that case, we will refund any amounts already paid.
