PinePower Return Policy

Satisfaction comes first at PinePower!

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt.

How does it work?

  1. Decide within 14 days: From the day you receive your product, you have 14 days to decide if you want to keep it. Want to return it? No problem!

  2. Let us know: Send us a message at info@pinepower.nl and tell us that you would like to return your product. You don't have to tell us why, but feedback is always welcome.

  3. Pack the product: Make sure the product is unused and, if possible, in the original packaging. This way we can make someone else happy with the product.

  4. Send it back: You are responsible for shipping the product back to us. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping. Make sure to send the package with a traceable shipping method so it doesn't get lost.

Refund:

Once we have received your return in good condition, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days. We will use the same payment method that you used for the purchase, unless you indicate otherwise. This refund is free of charge for you.
